At Dttalker Fitness & Performance, we partner with specialized fulfillment centers to manufacture and ship your orders efficiently. Please note that items in your order may be dispatched separately based on their category.

ORDER PROCESSING
Apparel & Merchandise
Items are custom-made upon request via our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment prior to shipment.
Supplements
Supplement orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary due to weekends, holidays, or inventory availability.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES & TRACKING
Once fulfilled, shipping duration depends on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment origin.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Tracking information will be provided via email as it becomes available.
• Deliveries are managed by third-party carriers; therefore, transit times may fluctuate.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order includes both supplements and apparel, items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking details for each shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipment costs.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with our carriers and fulfillment partners to investigate the status.
Note: For lost-package claims regarding Printful orders, notification must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
