What are your shipping times?
We work with specialized fulfillment partners. Apparel is made-to-order through Printful and usually takes 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Supplements are typically processed for fulfillment within approximately 24 hours, subject to availability, weekends, and holidays. Do apparel and supplements ship together?
Not always. Apparel and supplements may be fulfilled at different facilities, so your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
Do you accept returns for wrong size or change of mind?
Our apparel is made-to-order through Printful, so we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color selection. Please review the product size chart carefully before placing your order. For complete details, see our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. For Printful-fulfilled items, qualifying claims generally must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partners to determine whether a replacement or refund is available.
Can I return supplements?
Supplement returns are limited for safety and quality-control reasons. In general, supplements must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be considered for return. Who pays for return shipping?
If a return is required because of our error or a defective or incorrect product, we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution. In most other situations, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
